“Rabbi Abba said: there is no more obvious sign of the end (of our exile) than this: ‘And you, mountains of Israel, give over your branches and lift up your fruit to my Nation Israel!’” (Talmud Bavli, Sanhedrin 98a, quoting the Prophet Yechezkel Ch.36)

Rashi adds: When the land of Israel will give its fruits abundantly, then the end time will be near. There is no more revealed sign of the end (of our exile) than this.
